Email marketing, credits, referrals, API access, and account settings

This guide covers the parts of AI Rank Lab outside the main workspaces: email marketing campaigns and templates, the credit balance every tool draws from, the referral program, API keys for the REST API and MCP server, publishing webhooks and your account settings. Each section says where to find the feature and how to use it.

Email Marketing

Create and manage email campaigns

  1. Navigate to Email MarketingGo to "Email Marketing" in the sidebar to access the campaign management dashboard.
  2. Create TemplatesBuild email templates using the template editor. Customize design, content, and layout for your campaigns.
  3. Launch CampaignsConfigure recipients, scheduling, and tracking. Send campaigns and monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.

Credits

Check and manage the credit balance every tool draws from

  1. Check BalanceYour credit balance is shown in the dashboard header and on the Credits page. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and new accounts start with 100 free credits.
  2. Get More CreditsCredits come with your plan (Starter, Professional or Enterprise). Upgrade on the Pricing page when you need a larger monthly allowance.
  3. Track UsageThe Credits page lists every transaction, so you can see what each scan, brand visibility run or article cost. The price of a tool is shown before you run it.

Referral Program

Earn a 10% commission on purchases by users you refer

  1. Get Your Referral LinkGo to "Referral" in the sidebar. Copy your unique referral link to share with others.
  2. Share & EarnWhen someone signs up using your link and buys a plan, you earn a 10% commission on their purchases. The Referral page shows the current terms.
  3. Track EarningsView your referral stats including total referrals, active users, and accumulated earnings.

API Docs & Integrations

Access API keys, WordPress plugin, and webhook configurations

  1. Generate API KeysOpen Developer API → API Keys and generate a key and secret. The same pair works for the REST API (/api/v1) and the MCP server for Claude and Cursor.
  2. WordPress PluginInstall the AI Rank Lab WordPress plugin to publish articles from the content writer and, optionally, add the tracking tag to every page without editing your theme.
  3. Configure WebhooksAdd a publishing webhook in Webhooks & API to send finished articles to any HTTPS endpoint, signed with HMAC-SHA256. Webhooks publish content; tool results are fetched through the API.

Settings

Manage your account, profile, and preferences

  1. Update ProfileGo to "Settings" in the sidebar to update your name, email, and profile information.
  2. Change PasswordUpdate your password from the settings page for improved security.
  3. Manage PreferencesConfigure notification preferences, default date ranges, preferred AI engines for monitoring, and other personal settings.
