Cancellation & Refund Policy

AI Rank Lab is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds for our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscriptions, in compliance with RBI guidelines and Indian consumer protection laws.

Nature of Service

AI Rank Lab provides digital software services on a subscription basis. We do not sell physical goods or perishable items. All services are delivered electronically through our web platform.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation Window

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund eligible if service has not been substantially used (less than 10% of monthly quota consumed)
  • After 7 days: No refund, but you may cancel future billing cycles
  • How to cancel: Log into your account and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or contact support

Cancellation Process

  1. Submit cancellation request via email to info@airanklab.com or through your account dashboard
  2. Include your registered email ID and subscription plan details
  3. Receive confirmation within 24 business hours
  4. Service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation within 7 days with minimal usage (less than 10% of quota)
  • Technical issues preventing service access for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate payment charges
  • Unauthorized payment transactions (subject to verification)
  • Service not activated within 48 hours of payment

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation after 7 days from subscription start date
  • Services already consumed or substantially used
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension
  • Change of mind after service usage
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless technical issue)

Refund Processing

All refunds approved by AI Rank Lab will be processed as follows:

  • Timeline: 7-10 business days from approval date
  • Method: Refund to original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking)
  • Notification: Email confirmation upon refund initiation
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required by your bank

Note: As per RBI guidelines, refunds are processed through the same payment gateway (Razorpay) used for the original transaction.

Payment Gateway Compliance

All transactions and refunds are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified ensuring secure payment processing. AI Rank Lab does not store any card information on our servers.

Technical Issues & Service Credits

If you experience technical issues:

  • Report issues within 48 hours via email or support portal
  • Our team will investigate and resolve within 72 hours
  • Service credits may be provided for prolonged downtime (more than 24 hours)
  • Refunds will be considered if issue cannot be resolved within 7 days

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled:

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal date to avoid next billing cycle
  • Email reminder sent 7 days before renewal
  • Access continues until end of paid period even after cancellation
  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

Dispute Resolution

For any payment or refund disputes:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of transaction
  2. Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
  3. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
  4. Resolution will be provided within 15 business days

If not satisfied with resolution, you may approach:

  • Consumer Forum as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Banking Ombudsman (for payment gateway issues)
