Welcome to AI Rank Lab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the AI Rank Lab SaaS platform and all related services
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our Service
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to AI Rank Lab (proprietor: DISHANT KAPOOR)
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan you select to access our Service
• "Content" refers to any data, text, files, or information uploaded to our platform

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, making a payment, or using our Service, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• Represent that all information provided is accurate and current
• Accept our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Provide a valid email address and phone number
• Choose a strong, secure password
• Verify your identity as requested

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
• Compromise platform security or integrity
• Remain inactive for extended periods (after notification)

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
• Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our website
• We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with advance notice
• Existing subscribers will be notified of changes before renewal

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Razorpay, our RBI-authorized payment gateway
• Payments are charged in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annually)
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payment failures may result in service suspension

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel
• Renewal reminders are sent 7 days before the next billing date
• Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid next charge

4.4 Free Trials (if applicable)

• Free trial periods (if offered) are subject to specific terms and conditions
• Credit card information may be required upfront
• Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• One free trial per user/organization

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key points include:

• 7-day refund window for minimal usage (less than 10% of quota)
• No refunds after 7 days or substantial service usage
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Service continues until end of billing period after cancellation

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for:

• Legitimate business purposes as intended by the platform features
• Personal or commercial projects within subscription limits
• Collaborative work within your organization

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, breach security, or reverse engineer our Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access without authorization
• Share account credentials or resell access
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Spam, phish, or distribute unsolicited communications
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence or benchmarking

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, are owned by AI Rank Lab. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Service.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
• Backup and secure your content
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the Service or by law.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

8.1 Service Level

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features
• Change technical requirements or specifications
• Improve security, performance, or functionality
• Add new features or services

Material changes that negatively impact functionality will be communicated in advance.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, use, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We comply with Indian data protection laws (IT Act, 2000)
• Payment data is handled by RBI-authorized Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data

10. Disclaimers & Warranties

10.1 Service "As-Is"

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

10.2 Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party tools or APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10.3 Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your use of the Service and any results obtained
• Verify critical information independently before relying on it
• Maintain backups of important data
• Use appropriate security measures for your account

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AI Rank Lab shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or delays
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Rank Lab, its proprietor, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your content or data uploaded to the platform
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In case of disputes, please contact us first at info@airanklab.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

13.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

• Upon posting for non-material changes
• 30 days after notification for material changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, please cancel your subscription before they take effect.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Rank Lab.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, network failures, etc.).
