1. Nature of Business & Digital Fulfillment

AI Rank Lab is a cloud-hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Dishant Kapoor (Individual Proprietor), located in Delhi, India.

We develop and deliver digital software tools for SEO auditing, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI crawler bot tracking, and LLM citation analytics. Because all services are rendered via our cloud application, no physical goods, parcels, or postal packages are shipped. Physical shipping via domestic or international courier companies and speed post is NOT applicable to our business.

2. Instant Electronic Delivery (Turnaround Time)

All subscription plans, credit packs, and audit reports are delivered electronically through our automated cloud infrastructure:

Real-Time Account Activation

Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your account tier is upgraded and purchased credits are credited to your user dashboard instantly (within 1 to 5 minutes).

Instant Digital Invoice

A digital receipt, payment confirmation, and tax invoice containing your Razorpay Payment ID and order breakdown are automatically dispatched to your registered email address immediately.

3. Proof of Service Delivery

Service delivery is deemed complete and successfully acknowledged upon the occurrence of either of the following events:

  • •The credit balance or upgraded subscription features become accessible within the authenticated user's dashboard on airanklab.com.
  • •The digital order confirmation and invoice email is successfully sent to the customer's email address registered during the checkout process.

4. Service Activation Delays & Helpdesk Support

If your subscription or credits do not reflect in your account within 15 minutes of payment:

  1. Log out and log back into your AI Rank Lab account to refresh your active session.
  2. Check your registered email inbox (and spam/promotions folder) for the Razorpay payment confirmation.
  3. Contact our support helpdesk immediately at info@airanklab.com or via WhatsApp/call at +91 9958015301 with your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g., pay_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

Our support team will verify the payment ledger and ensure your account is manually provisioned within 24 business hours.
