Each row is a live answer from Google AI Mode for that market and device, so it's accurate for that moment. AI Mode answers are generated and change between searches, so one check is a snapshot. Can I track mentions in AI Mode without a link?

Yes, when Google shows them. Sponsored results that appear inside the AI answer are saved with the query and shown as a sponsored count next to it, so you can see which queries and markets carry ads in the answer.
