A form builder with a built-in CRM turns each form submission into a contact record, so leads land where you work them. In AI Rank Lab, the site tag sends submissions from your forms to Contacts with the pages that led there. You search, tag, list and stage each contact, and a follow-up email can go out by itself.

What the form builder and CRM do
Four screens in the CRM & Marketing Suite workspace: Contacts, Form Builder, Form Submissions and each contact's journey.
A contacts directory you can work in
Search by name, email or company, filter by list, tag and subscription status, and page through your whole directory. Select a batch to add it to a list, make a new list from it, tag it or delete it.
Search matches name, email and company. Filters combine list, tag and subscription status.
Define the form, connect it to your site
In the Form Builder, set the fields, the email field that creates the contact, and what happens after a submit: show a message, redirect to a page, or run your own success or error script. Then add the form's ID to the form on your site as a data-crm-form attribute, and the tag sends each submission to AI Rank Lab.

Every submission becomes a contact
Each submission is stored with the form name, the submitter, country, IP address, the last page visited and the pages before it. The email field creates the contact, or updates it if that email is already in your directory.

Follow up and track the deal
Attach automations to a form: send one of your email templates through your SMTP account a set number of hours after the submission. On each contact, set the pipeline stage, deal value and lead score, and keep notes on the journey timeline.
Stages: new lead, contacted, qualified, proposal, won, lost

How to connect a website form to the CRM
Forms, heatmaps and recordings share one tag with AI bot tracking, so most sites paste a script once.
Turn on CRM features for the domain. The same screen takes your GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel IDs and custom head and body scripts, which the tag adds to your pages.

Embed
Add data-crm-form with the form's ID to your form, and name its inputs to match the builder's fields. The tag intercepts each submit and sends it to Contacts.
What the forms and contacts tools do today, and where they stop.
Where it lives
The CRM & Marketing Suite workspace: Contacts, Form Builder, Form Submissions, Tracking Setup and CRM Settings.
Field types
Text, email, telephone, textarea, dropdown, checkbox and radio. Required flag, placeholder, options and custom validation.
Embed
Add data-crm-form with the form's ID to a form on any page with the tracking tag. Capture works once CRM features are on for that domain. The tag does not draw the form for you; your page's form markup provides the fields.
Contacts
Search, list, tag and subscription filters, pagination, CSV import and export, bulk add to list, tag and delete.
Pipeline
Six stages, a deal value, a lead score and notes per contact, with the visitor's sessions on the journey timeline.
Automations
Email a template through your SMTP a set number of hours after a submission. Needs at least one template and one SMTP account.
Submissions and contacts use no credits. The tag itself counts page views at 1 credit per 100 requests (the AI bot tracking rate), and if your balance reaches zero it pauses, forms included, until you top up.
Limits
No hosted form or drawn widget yet, so validation lives in your form's markup. No conditional logic, file uploads or payment fields. Pipeline stages are fixed, not custom.
Who uses it
Sites that want leads filed properly without adding another CRM subscription.
Yes. The Form Builder and Contacts sit in the same CRM & Marketing Suite workspace. A submission creates a contact (or updates the existing one with that email), stores the full payload with the visitor's page history, and can trigger a follow-up email.
How do I add a form to my website?
Install the AI Rank Lab tracking tag once and turn on CRM features for the domain in Tracking Setup. Build the form in the Form Builder, then add data-crm-form with the form's ID to the form on your page, with input names that match the builder's fields. The tag intercepts each submit and sends it to Contacts.
Do I need a separate script for forms?
No. Forms, heatmaps, session recordings and AI bot tracking all run from the same tag. If it is already on your site, you only add the form's ID to your form.
Which field types can I use?
The Form Builder offers text, email, telephone, textarea, dropdown, checkbox and radio fields. Every form needs an email field, because that is how the contact is created. Required fields and input validation are enforced by your form's own markup on the page.
What happens after someone submits a form?
The submission is saved with the form name, fields, country, IP address and page history. The contact is created or updated, and any automations on the form are queued. The visitor sees your success message or is redirected to the page you chose.
Can I send an automatic email after a form submission?
Yes. Add an automation to the form: choose an email template, an SMTP account, a subject and a delay in hours. The email is sent through your own SMTP when the delay has passed.
Can I import contacts from a CSV?
Yes. Download the sample file, fill it in and upload it, optionally straight into a list. Contacts can be exported to CSV at any time.
Does the CRM track a sales pipeline?
A simple one. Each contact has a pipeline stage (new lead, contacted, qualified, proposal, won, lost), a deal value, a lead score and notes. Stages are fixed; there are no custom pipelines, deal boards or sales forecasting.
Do forms or contacts cost credits?
Receiving submissions and managing contacts use no credits. The tracking tag counts page views at 1 credit per 100 requests, the same as AI bot tracking, and pauses if your balance reaches zero. Sending campaigns and recording sessions also use credits.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. Switch on the Visibility tracker in the AI Rank Lab WordPress plugin and it adds the same tracking tag to every page. Then add the form's ID to the form you want to capture.
Is it a replacement for a full CRM?
For capturing and organising website leads, yes. Sales CRMs go further with deal boards, calling, sequences and team assignment. Choose AI Rank Lab when you want your forms, contacts and email next to the SEO and AI search work that brings visitors in.
