Lists and tags you control
Create a list from contacts you pick, from a CSV file, or empty, and see member and subscribed counts on every list. Tags work across lists. Any list or tag can start a campaign in one click.
Send a campaign from any list or tag opens the composer with that audience already picked.

Your SMTP, with pause and resume
Campaigns go out through SMTP accounts you add, at the per-minute rate you set, over one pooled connection. Temporary SMTP errors are retried twice. Pause stops after the email in flight, and resume carries on without emailing anyone twice or charging again.

How to send an email campaign through your own SMTP
The Campaigns page shows this checklist until each step is done.
Campaign sends and AI templates use credits from your plan's shared pool. The composer shows the cost before you send, and it is charged once, when the send starts. Contacts, lists and templates you build yourself use none.
Scheduling
Send now or at a future date and time. Cancelling a schedule turns the campaign back into a draft.
Paused sends
A paused campaign keeps its credits. Deleting it does not refund the unsent share.
Can I send email campaigns through my own SMTP server?
Yes, and only that way. Campaigns go out through SMTP accounts you add in CRM Settings: host, port, username and password, from name and address, and a per-minute rate limit. You can send a test email to check an account first. There is no shared AI Rank Lab sending server for campaigns.
How much does sending a campaign cost?
Sending uses credits from your plan's shared pool. Before you confirm, the composer shows the number of recipients and the credits the send will use. Credits are charged once, when the send starts, and only for subscribed recipients. Generating a template with AI also uses credits. Plans start at $69 a month; see the pricing page for plans.
Does it track opens and clicks?
It tracks opens with a tracking pixel: each campaign shows its open rate and the report has an Opened filter. Click tracking is not built yet.
Can I schedule a campaign for later?
Yes. Pick a date and time (your time zone is shown); dates in the past are refused. A scheduled campaign can be cancelled, which turns it back into a draft you can edit.
What happens if I pause a campaign?
Pause stops right after the email being sent at that moment. Resume continues from the next contact, skips everyone who already received it, and charges no extra credits. If a send is cut off by a server restart, it resumes by itself within about ten minutes.
How does the AI email template generator work?
Describe the email and, if you like, pick an industry, one of eight template types (welcome, newsletter, promotional, event, re-engagement, survey, announcement, other) and one of five tones. The draft is saved as a template and opens in the editor so you can change anything before sending. Each generation uses credits from your plan.
How do unsubscribes work?
Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. If your template has none, a footer with a working link is added. Unsubscribed contacts are skipped in every later send.
Can I import my existing list?
Yes. Upload a CSV (a sample file is provided) and choose a list to import into. You can export your contacts to CSV at any time.
Which SMTP providers can I use?
Any provider that gives you SMTP credentials: host, port, username and password, plus a from name and address. That includes your own mail server, your email host, or a transactional email service that offers SMTP. Set a per-minute rate for each account so you stay inside your provider's sending limits.
Does it replace Mailchimp or HubSpot?
For newsletters and announcements to lists you own, sent through your own SMTP, it covers the basics. Dedicated email platforms go further: click tracking, A/B tests, drip sequences, deliverability tooling and large template libraries.
