Online application forms for bank, government and university exams ask for a signature image with a fixed pixel size and a file size window, for example 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB. A phone photo of your signature is usually far too big, grey and full of empty paper. This signature resizer turns it into a clean JPG that meets the numbers: it trims the empty margins around the ink, evens out shadows and turns the paper pure white, darkens the strokes, then fits the signature into the target size with a small white border and saves it inside the KB range.
Presets cover the values printed in recent IBPS notices (140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB, used for PO, Clerk and RRB forms) and SSC notices (6.0 × 2.0 cm, 10–20 KB). For any other form, enter the width, height and KB range from its notice. You see the cleaned result and its expected file size before you spend a run.
Honest limits: the clean-up works best on dark ink on light paper. Very faint pencil, lined or coloured paper, and photos with strong glare may need a better photo. If a form wants a minimum size larger than the clean image reaches at top quality, the tool pads the file with an empty comment block so it reaches the minimum without changing how the signature looks. Exam rules change between cycles, so check your notice before uploading.
