In shortAutopilot's sidebar has seven workspace views. Skills are ready-made prompts you fill in. Apps shows which data sources the agent can reach. Websites lists the sites it can work on. Wiki holds what it has learned and remembered about each site. Automations holds scheduled workflows. Media keeps every file it made. Agent Controls shows usage settings. Opening a view is free; credits are spent when a chat runs tools.

Why these views exist

A chat is where Autopilot does the work. The views in the sidebar, under Workspace Tools, are where you set it up so each chat starts with better context and a better prompt: which sites, which data, what it already knows about your brand, and where the results end up.

Skills

  1. Pick a skillClick Skills. The Marketer Skills page groups twelve skills under Research, Content Planning, Audits and Performance, for example Keyword Gap Analysis, Competitor Teardown, 30-Day Content Calendar, Full SEO/AEO Audit, AI Visibility Report and Monthly Performance Report.
  2. Fill the blanks and runA dialog asks for the skill's inputs; your website is filled in for you. Click Run skill. Autopilot opens a new chat with the full prompt in the message box. Read it, edit it if you like, and send. The usual Confirm credit spend card appears before any paid tool runs.

Apps

Apps & data sources lists what the agent can reach. Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console show Connected or Not connected; Connect takes you to the dashboard page where you link the account. Live search data, AI answer engines and public web pages are always available. Autopilot works without GA4 and Search Console, but with them it answers from your real traffic and queries instead of estimating. The AI bot & citation tracking card says it shows which AI crawlers hit your site. The tracking tag mostly records AI-referred visitors and JavaScript-running agents, not crawlers such as GPTBot, so read its numbers that way.

Websites and Wiki

  1. Add or check a websiteClick Websites. Type a domain in the box (yourwebsite.com) to add it. The table lists Website, Status and Added. This is the same list of domains as your dashboard, so a site added here appears there too.
  2. Teach Autopilot the siteClick Wiki to open the Knowledge Base and pick a site. If it says Autopilot hasn't studied this website yet, click Learn this website. A new chat opens with the request in the message box; send it, and Autopilot reads your pages and saves summaries, headings and descriptions that every future chat reuses.
  3. Check what it remembersUnder Workspace memory you'll see Competitors, Target keywords, Brand voice and Ideal customer profile, plus facts it saved while you chatted. If a fact is wrong, tell Autopilot in a chat so it corrects it, because every chat for that site starts from this memory.

Media, projects and controls

  • Media (the Media Library) keeps every spreadsheet, document, PDF and image Autopilot generated, across all chats, so you don't have to scroll back to find one. You can delete files you no longer need.
  • Projects group chats. Click the plus next to Workspace to create one with a name, type, target domain, competitors, keywords and Custom Agent Prompt / Guidelines. Autopilot is told to prioritise those guidelines in every chat in the project, which is useful for one project per client.
  • Agent Controls opens Workspace Controls, with a Max Credits Per Task slider and a note on Model Routing.
The Max Credits Per Task slider is not saved

The slider on Agent Controls says Autopilot will pause above your limit, but today its value isn't stored or sent to the agent. What protects you is the Confirm credit spend card shown before any plan with paid tools, and the balance check that stops a task you can't afford.

Learn the site before a big job

Learning a website uses a free tool, though the chat that runs it still uses model tokens. Do it once before an audit or content plan; answers about your pages get noticeably more specific.

1. You click Run skill. What happens next?
2. Where do you check what Autopilot remembers about your brand voice and competitors?
3. What actually stops Autopilot from spending more than you expect?
