Merge PDF joins several PDF files into a single PDF, one after another, in the order you choose. Add the files, and each one is opened straight away so you can see its first page and how many pages it has. Drag a file up or down, use the arrow buttons, or sort the list by file name, and the total page count updates as you go. When the order is right, one press writes the merged file.
The merge runs in your browser with pdf-lib. Pages are copied as they are, not printed again, so text stays selectable, images keep their quality, and the page sizes of each file are kept, even when you mix A4, Letter and landscape pages. Fillable form fields stay fillable in the merged copy.
Honest limits: you can add up to 50 PDFs, each up to 200 MB, and very large merges are limited by your device's memory, so a phone can struggle with several hundred megabytes. Password-protected PDFs, or PDFs locked against editing, have to be unlocked first. Bookmarks (the outline panel) from the original files are not copied into the merged PDF, and a link inside one file that jumped to a page of the same file may stop working.
