Sentiment
DefinitionSentiment is the tone in which an AI answer describes your brand: positive, neutral or negative.
Being mentioned isn't always good. An answer that names you as "expensive and hard to set up" is a negative mention. Tracking sentiment shows whether engines recommend you or merely list you, and which claims about you need correcting at the source.
AI Rank Lab records a sentiment for every prompt run (runs without a mention are marked as not mentioned). The Reputation Score on the Visibility overview is the share of answers with a positive tone, counted across all answers including those that don't mention you, so a low mention rate pulls it down too.
