A spreadsheet that looks fine on screen often prints badly: columns cut off, a header that appears only on page one, half-empty pages. This converter turns Excel (.xlsx, .xls), OpenDocument (.ods) and CSV files into a tidy PDF table you can send, print or attach.
It reads the workbook in your browser with SheetJS and shows each sheet with its size, so you choose which sheets to include, with a preview of the first rows. Values appear as Excel shows them, with dates, currency and decimals formatted, numbers right-aligned and long text wrapped inside its cell. Column widths come from the sheet, merged cells span their columns, and hidden rows and columns stay hidden. Wide sheets switch to landscape automatically and can be shrunk to fit the page width; if that would make the text too small, the extra columns continue on the following pages. The first row can repeat at the top of every page, and each page footer shows the sheet name and page number.
Honest limits: cell colours, fonts and borders are replaced by a clean grid, charts and images are left out, and Excel's own print areas and manual page breaks aren't read. Formulas appear as the result last saved in the file. Sheets of more than 20,000 rows need splitting first.
