In shortUse Bulk URL Scan under the URL bar of the AEO and GEO checker to scan up to 20 URLs in one go. Each URL is charged as one normal scan, URLs your balance can't cover are skipped and not charged, and the reports appear in Recent Website Audits as they finish. Scheduled multi-page scans are billed per block of 5 pages with unused blocks refunded, but the dashboard currently has no screen to create a schedule.

When to scan in bulk

One report tells you about one page. When you want a baseline for a group of pages, such as your top ten blog posts, every product category page or a client's main landing pages, a bulk scan saves you pasting them one at a time. You get a separate full report for each URL, exactly the same as a single scan.

If you want every page of a site checked for technical SEO, use Site audit instead. It crawls the site and charges per page crawled. Bulk scan is for a hand-picked list of pages you want AEO and GEO scores for.

Run a bulk scan, step by step

  1. Open the bulk dialogGo to AI search → AEO and GEO checker. Under the URL bar, click Bulk URL Scan. A dialog with the same name opens.
  2. Paste your URLsPaste up to 20 URLs, one per line (commas also work). Duplicates are removed automatically. Under the box you'll see a counter such as 7 / 20 URLs and Balance covers N scans.
  3. Check the warningsIf you paste more than 20, a red note asks you to remove the extras. If your balance covers fewer scans than the URLs you pasted, an amber note says how many will be scanned and how many will fail for lack of credits. The button changes to match, for example Scan 5 URLs.
  4. Start the scansClick the Scan button. A Bulk Scan Started dialog shows three counts: Started, No credits and Invalid, and a line per URL marked Queued, No credits, Invalid or Failed. Click Done.
  5. Watch the reports arriveBack on the checker, a pending count appears next to your balance and each scan shows up in Recent Website Audits as it finishes. Open each one with View.
  • Each URL that starts is charged the normal single-scan price, at the moment it starts.
  • Invalid URLs (not http or https) and URLs your balance can't cover are never charged.
  • A scan that later fails, for example because the site blocks bots, is not refunded, same as a single scan.
  • The score filters on Recent Website Audits only filter the page of results you're looking at, so page through if you have many reports.

Repeating scans to see progress

To see whether your changes worked, run the same URLs again after you've fixed things, then compare the old and new reports. Progress reports puts two reports side by side and can export a PDF for a client.

There is no schedule button for these scans today

AI Rank Lab has a scheduled multi-page scanner in its backend, but the current dashboard has no screen to create, change or stop a schedule. Repeat scans are something you run yourself. The Enable AI Bot Tracking popup mentions automatic page scanning, but verifying your domain doesn't schedule scans by itself. If your account already has a schedule from an earlier version of the dashboard and you want it changed or stopped, contact us.

How scheduled scans are billed

If your account does have a scheduled scan, here's exactly how it is charged, so the entries in your credit history make sense:

  1. The scheduler checks for due scans once an hour. Your domain must be verified and active.
  2. It works out a page budget: the smaller of the pages left in your plan's website-audit allowance and the number of 5-page blocks your balance can pay for.
  3. It charges up front, rounding up to whole blocks of 5 pages. Six pages cost two blocks.
  4. If the scan fails, the whole amount is refunded. If it scans fewer pages than planned, unused blocks are refunded. If it scans more, the extra blocks are charged.
  5. If your balance can't cover even one block, the scan is skipped and you get a low-credit email. The skipped scan stays due, so it is tried again every hour and the email can repeat until you top up.
  6. If you've used up your plan's page allowance, the scan is pushed back a week.

Check yourself

1. You paste 10 URLs but your balance covers 6 scans. What happens when you click Scan?
2. A scheduled scan reserved 4 blocks but only scanned 12 pages. What happens to the credits?
3. How do you schedule repeat AEO and GEO scans from the dashboard today?
